Brunch, the Cookie Beacon way
We started out chasing cafecitos around the world, and somewhere along the way we fell hard for brunch. That obsession is still on every plate. Our brunch has a twist — familiar comfort food cooked with a bit of imagination, made fresh on-site, never assembled from a fridge of pre-made trays.
We cook with locally-sourced ingredients and plate up generously. Come hungry. You’ll leave full.
What’s on the menu
Loaded brunch toast
Thick, properly toasted bread piled high — think creamy spreads, fresh and roasted veg, eggs done how you like, herbs and a finishing crunch on top. It’s the kind of plate you photograph before you demolish it.
Avocado smashed burger
Our take on a brunch burger: a juicy smashed patty, smashed avocado, all the good stuff stacked between a soft bun. Messy in the best way.
Pancake stacks
Tall, fluffy stacks built for sharing (or not — no judgement). Topped with fruit, nuts, a drizzle of something gooey, and a knob of melting butter. Sweet brunch, sorted.
Plenty for plant-based eaters
We take vegan and vegetarian brunch seriously, not as an afterthought. There’s a proper spread of veggie and fully vegan plates on the board — and in our vegan dishes we cut right back on seed oils, so they taste clean and feel good. Big flavour, no compromise.
Coffee, mimosas and the good stuff
Brunch needs the right drink beside it. We pour specialty coffee — from a strong morning espresso to something long and milky — alongside mimosas for the days that call for a little fizz. And if you’ve still got room, our handmade chunky cookies and Cheesecake by Cookie Beacon are right there at the counter.
