The newest thing we make by hand

Cheesecake by Cookie Beacon is the youngest member of the family. After years of baking chunky cookies in-house every morning, we wanted a slice that carried the same care — so we slowed everything down and made cheesecake the way we’d want to eat it ourselves.

Creamy, properly set, never claggy. We use good ingredients and let it take the time it needs, the same handmade philosophy behind everything we put on the counter. No shortcuts, no pre-mixes. Just the stuff we’d be happy to serve our own table.

What goes into a slice

The base is simple: real butter, a biscuit crumb with actual bite, and a filling that’s rich without sitting heavy. We pair it with the things we already love behind the bar — Belgian chocolate, Lotus, dulce de leche, a spoon of fresh berries when they’re good. Some days you’ll find a classic baked slice; some days something a little more playful turns up.

Rolling out across all three cities

Right now we’re bringing Cheesecake by Cookie Beacon to every café — Budapest near St. Stephen’s Basilica, Bucharest by Piața Romană, and Belgrade in the old town off Republic Square. It’s still new, so what’s in the case changes from day to day. The best move is to ask the team when you visit, or peek at the counter and see what came out of the kitchen that morning.

Cheesecake for your table, too

Want a whole one to take home? Ask the team at the café — a whole Cheesecake by Cookie Beacon is a proper centrepiece for birthdays, office mornings and any small celebration.
