These are the TikTok-viral frozen “cookies” — and honestly, they earn the hype. They’re not a baked cookie at all: it’s Greek yoghurt and blueberries frozen into clusters, hidden with a little peanut butter, and dipped in dark chocolate. Somewhere between a frozen yoghurt bark and a truffle, and a genuinely good thing to have in the freezer for a hot Budapest, Bucharest or Belgrade afternoon.
Nothing to bake. Just freeze, dip, and freeze again.
What you’ll need
Makes about 12 clusters.
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g blueberries
- 70g smooth peanut butter
- 300g dark chocolate
- Desiccated coconut or chopped strawberries, to top (optional)
Method
- Mix the yoghurt, vanilla and maple syrup together, then fold in the blueberries until they’re coated.
- Line a plate with baking paper, spoon the mixture into small clusters, and freeze for 1–2 hours until hardened.
- Top each cluster with a small amount of peanut butter and return to the freezer briefly to firm up.
- Coat the clusters in melted dark chocolate, sprinkle with coconut, and freeze again to set.
- Keep frozen until you’re ready to serve.
A couple of tips
- Freeze the clusters solid before dipping — if they’re soft the warm chocolate melts them.
- Skip the maple syrup for a lower-sugar version; the blueberries and chocolate carry plenty of sweetness.
